Make sure your pellet hopper is full before you begin. Set your Traeger® grill to 385 degrees, hit ENTER, then hit IGNITE. Allow the grill to preheat while you prep ingredients.
Step 2 Prep the apples
Using the apple peeler/corer machine, peel all the apples. Place all the peeled apples in a bowl, toss with lemon juice, and store in the fridge.
Step 3 Mix the dry ingredients
In a separate bowl, mix together the dry ingredients, including sugars, flour, cornstarch, cinnamon, and allspice. Mix the flour mixture well and set aside.
Step 4 Prep the pie dough
Remove pie dough (already in pan) from fridge and let soften at room temp for 15 minutes.
Step 5 Prep the apple crisp topping
Prepare the packaged apple crisp topping and set it aside.
Step 6 Mix the apples and flour mixture
Mix apples and flour mixture together in a large bowl.
Step 7 Place the apples into the pie shell
