How to make pumpkin pie on your Traeger grill

Step 1 Prep the Grill & Combine All Ingredients

Set your Traeger to 425°F. While the grill is preheating, mix the pumpkin puree, condensed milk, eggs, pumpkin pie spice and salt in a bowl. Pour the mixture into your pie crust.

PRO TIP
Though any blend of Traeger hardwood pellets will work, the best options for baked goods are cherry, pecan or apple.

Step 2 Bake Your Pie on the Grill

Let your pie bake on the Traeger for about 30 minutes.

PRO TIP
The best way to tell if your pumpkin pie is ready is to give it a little shake. If only the center has a light jiggle to it, your pastry is ready to eat. You should also notice the filling getting darker in color and slightly puffed.

Step 3 Serve and Enjoy

Serve immediately after removing from the grill and top with whipped cream, more cinnamon, or whatever you’d like!
