Step 1 Mix Ingredients
Combine butter, chicken stock, and Rub-A-Dub BBQ Rub into a basting bowl over medium heat.
PRO TIP
Use low-sodium stock and unsalted butter for a low-sodium injection.
Step 2 Heat Until Butter Melts
Once the butter has melted, remove the basting bowl from the heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly.
Step 3 Inject the Solution
Draw the mixture into your injector and inject it into many different parts of the turkey. Inject it slowly to allow the butter to cool and stay inside the meat.
